Technical Requirements
1. What devices are supported by the App?
Before you download Paddy Power Vegas, you need to make sure you have a supported Apple device. The Vegas App is designed to run on the following devices:
iPad : All iPad models
iPhone : iPhone 3GS, 4 and 4S
iPod Touch : iPod 3G and higher
All the devices listed above must have iOS firmware 4.3.3 or higher in order for the App to work.
2. What kind of connection do I need to play Paddy Power Vegas?
Paddy Power Vegas can be played over a Wifi, 3g or EDGE connection.
3. My connection cut out when I was playing a game- what happens?
Don’t worry- if there’s any further decisions to be made in the game (e.g. whether to hit or stand in blackjack), then the game will be stored as an ‘incomplete game’ which can be accessed by clicking on the menu button and then clicking incomplete games.
Where no further action was required by the player (e.g. mid-way through a spin on a slot), then the game will complete automatically, with the result shown in your transaction history.
The same will apply where the App is closed mid-way through a game.
5. How much data is downloaded and uploaded while playing?
The amount of traffic sent to and from the Vegas Casino App depends on many factors, however as a rough guide you can expect an average 10K download and 5K upload per minute. These amounts may vary depending on the games and how quickly you play.
If you therefore play for an hour, you will likely use a little under 1MB download and 500KB upload.
